We work with EHI – a Latvian company that has for more than 20 years been using advanced factory build techniques to meet the world’s strictest residential building regulations – those of Norway and Sweden.
Low labour and material costs in Latvia enable EHI to offer a superior panel design thereby ensuring the building’s long term structural integrity – but at a competitive price.
The panels are shipped to the UK and are followed by an EHI Construction Team. Before anything arrives however, HANSABUILD build foundations to very fine tolerances – strictly +/- 3mm – so that the panels may be craned directly in to place.
Advantages are high build speed, low u values and no worries re tradesmen.
